島嶼恍惚 Lingering

在海島臺灣生存的子民，彷彿生有一副「恍惚」的身體，「恍惚」象徵著現實生存的處境，又或是對於美好未來的幻想。這座身體與其他島嶼國家一樣，順著洋流的流動擺盪，隨著板塊的碰撞而共振。

壞鞋子舞蹈劇場編舞家林宜瑾，首度跨國田野後的全新作品，作品中的舞者運用肉身的恍惚，召喚物理世界之外的精神時空；樂手則將拆解北管樂器，在擊奏聲響之間穿梭海洋與陸地。他們化身為曾經漂流在海上的靈魂，在劇場當中訴說關於海島的歷史、記憶與神話。

People who live on an island of Taiwan seem to be born with lingering body. The state of "lingering" symbolizes a survival uncertainty or an envisioned future. This island/our body resonates with the wave of ocean currents and the collision of the plates.

Lingering is a new work based on choreographer LIN I-Chin's field work extending from her home island to South East Asia. Creative artists deconstruct, rearrange, and transform the tradition into contemporary stage work. The performers embody these sinking ghosts by summoning the spiritual world, Lingering unravels the island’s history, memory, and myth as a contemporary experimentation bred from Asian heritage.
